I’d forgotten how good a bottle of Chianti is. Excuse me while I wipe the drool from my chin. 

My dinner tonight was a smorgasbord of “homemade” Red Lobster biscuits from a box, and shredded smoked chicken on a bed of spinach with ranch dressing. And this bottle of Chianti was delicious with it. 

I’m learning a lot about sommology and food pairings and I feel like my dinner tonight should not have paired as well as it did, but either way, I’ll call it a success after a long day.
